The Minnesota -- Oakley Condominium is located in downtown Spokane near the intersection of First and Stevens.  Our address is 423 West First Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201.

The Minnesota Building was renovated circa 1994.  The Oakley Building was renovated ending in 2007.

We have eight live/work lofts.  These are rentals.  At present we have 2 units for rent -- 2B and 240.  

We also have an office suite for rent -- Unit 250.  It has 4 offices plus conference room, reception, lavatory, kitchen, and storage
