The Minnesota Oakley Condominium consists of 21 units in the Minnesota and Oakley buildings in downtown Spokane, Washington at 417 - 423 West First Avenue near the intersection of Washington and First Avenue.

Mound Hardware, a partnership, owns 11 of the 21 units.  It also manages the buildings.

Of the 11 units --  there are  8 residential lofts (live/work), 1 commercial space (Unit 110) and  2 office suites (Unit 210 and Unit 250 (this unit can be lived in).
The buildings were built circa 1905 - 1910.  They have been completely renovated.
